Whether you're planning a birthday, team outing, girls’ night, bachelorette party, or a fun gathering with friends and family, The Craft Place is the perfect spot to get creative together. We offer two ways to celebrate: Private Parties or Large Group Reservations.
Both options include access to our full craft menu, all materials and tools, and support from our friendly staff. Crafting should be fun and stress-free, and we're here to make your celebration easy, memorable, and full of creativity.

What’s Included
- 3 full hours of exclusive studio access
- Dedicated Craft Place staff member (two for larger groups)
- All craft materials and tools
- Full setup and complete cleanup
- Space for outside food or desserts
- Beer & wine available for purchase
- Pre-selected crafts prepared in advance so you get the most out of your time
Pricing
- 1 - 12 Guests : $275 for studio rental (3 hours) + Crafts priced per person. Includes 1 staff member.
- 13 - 30 Guests : $375 for studio rental (3 hours) + Crafts priced per person. Includes 2 staff members.
Deposit
- To secure your date : 50% of studio rental + 50% of total craft costs. Non refundable. May reschedule with 14+ days notice.
Event Timing
- 3 hour private event. Arrive up to 15 minutes early for decorations. Extra setup or event time available at $75/hour (prorated; must be approved in advance).
How to Book
- Submit a Private Party Inquiry
- We confirm availability and send your craft selection guide (current menu)
- Choose your crafts + pay the deposit
- We prep everything - you show up and enjoy!
Additional Notes
- Outside beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are not permitted
- Decorations are welcome — including hanging décor — as long as they do not damage walls, ceilings, or surfaces
- Most crafts are suitable for ages 6+
- Private parties are best suited for adults and families with older kids
- We happily host private birthday parties for kids ages 8+
- We generally do not host private birthday parties specifically for children under 8

- Crafts pre-selected in advance so we can begin to prepare everything before you arrive
Pricing
- There is no rental fee for large group reservations. However, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your tables.
- Crafts are priced individually per person. Your group selects crafts in advance so we can prep materials. The $50 deposit is applied directly toward your group’s craft purchases on the day of your visit
- Reservations may be rescheduled with 7+ days notice
Group Size
- Large group reservations are required for more than 8 guests. For groups larger than 12 or those wanting a private experience, please see our Private Parties section
